I have been working with The Life Skills Company 

as an Independent Education Consultant in the field

of Supportive Behaviour Management since September 2007

I offer hands-on, practical advice based on over 17 years of experience of working in challenging educational environments.

I worked for 13 years in a complex special needs school, latterly as an Advanced Skills Teacher and during that time, I worked within a strong, multi-agency team to develop an excellent behaviour management system. With much development and field trials, this has become the basis of the Supportive Behaviour Management programme.

For the following 4 years, I continued working in education for the advisory service assisting different schools in challenging circumstances to look at a supportive approach to manage students and reduce exclusions.
