Mid Century modern wardrobe by Harris Lebus upcycled with custom Formica wave design inspired by The Great Wave off Kanagawa by Hokusai
/// Stunning upcycled mid century modern wardrobe manufactured by British furniture manufacturer Harris Lebus restored and upcycled with a bespoke and striking design inspired by The Great Wave off Kanagawa by Hokusai using Formica® laminate to create a one-of-a-kind centrepiece. Teal, Dusky Jade and Polar White Formica has been laser-cut with a wave and gull design before being applied to the wardrobe doors. The unit retains its original brass door handles and has a full width hanging rail inside.
/// This classic example of mid century modern furniture has been lovingly restored and reimagined, however although every effort has been made to restore the item to its original condition, it may bear some of the scars of a life already lived. This item is finished with multiple coats of Danish Oil to bring out the grain, protect the wood and give a pleasing warm tone. Custom designed Formica® laminate has been laser cut before being applied complementing the wood beneath to create a unique item of mid-century modern vintage retro furniture.
